We recognize that children are naturally interested in learning about animals and their environments, from the Giant Panda in the Bamboo Forest to the Emperor Penguin in the South Pole. We hope to embrace their enthusiasm as we use the natural world to take children on a journey of art making, music, storytelling, movement, laughter and so much more.

Art & Nature Hatchlings (ages 18 to 24 months) $560/semester
Mondays & Wednsedays: 9:15am to 10:00am

Art & Nature Cubs (ages 2 and 3 year olds)    $630/semester
Mondays & Wednsedays: 10:30am to 11:20am

Art & Nature Explorer (ages 4 and 5.5 year olds) $630/semester
Mondays & Wednsedays: 12:00pm to 1:15pm

Space is limited. To maintain the type of classroom environment we strive for we’d like the class not to exceed 10 children. We encourage grown-ups to stay in the classroom for this age group, though it’s not mandatory. Do It Together!

Our signature glow-in-the-dark yoga class. Think Hayden Planetarium meets Mahatma Gandhi. A full sensory experience. Children learn how their bodies work while exploring ideas about compassion, kindness, gratefulness and love. Classes will relate to topics like the elements, senses, colors, animals, planets, organ functions, emotions and the total energy of the season. Some days they’ll visit an imaginary forest, other days they’ll go underwater to discover water worlds and sea creatures.

Classes include yoga postures and exercises, breath work, mantra, mudras and sound vibration.
Come wearing white for extra glowiness!!!!

Mommy & Me Gloga Yoga for Pre-Crawlers (accompanied by caregiver): $375/semester, $30/drop-in
Thursdays: 9:30am – 10:15m

Since age isn’t always a determining factor in development we’ll leave it up to you to judge whether your child will be able to focus and hold postures.

The Story Pirates know that every child has a story to tell, even toddlers. That’s why every kid gets their own original song in this musical storytelling class. That’s right, every session features an entire CD of brand new musical compositions that your child can keep forever. Join us for sing-alongs, storytelling, puppet shows and playtime. Using themes from kids’ own worlds as the source material, this class organically builds language skills and developmental connections.

Everyone Gets a Song Workshop for infants (up to 12 months): $520/semester, $40/drop-in

Welcome to the world new mom’s group for babies ages 0-4 months. This series of developmental discussions is devoted to empowering new moms to become parenting experts.  Topics include anything from sleep (or the lack of), breastfeeding, and in-laws, to child development and emotional well being, parenting styles that feel right to you, choosing childcare, and the emotional wear and tear of the newbie period. Bring your baby, relax, and meet other new moms in a comfortable and nurturing environment.
