What is your shipping policy?
Moomah will ship all orders within 1-3 business days. We will notify our customers within 24 hrs if for some reason your purchase order was unable to be processed.
What forms of payment do you accept?
Moomah accepts Visa, Mastercard, Discover and American Express.
What is your return/exchange policy?
Please notify us at orders@moomah.com within 24 hrs in the event that your merchandise has been damaged during shipment. In such a case, we will exchange the item if desired or credit your account. Moomah will exchange items that are shipped back to us in their original packaging in resalable condition. In such a case, freight costs will be the responsibility of the customer. Please refer to our T-shirt Exchange Policy for rules that apply towards returning t-shirts.

What is your t-shirt exchange policy?
Moomah’s T-shirts are available in limited quantity. If for some reason a t-shirt size does not fit, Moomah will exchange it for another size so long as the items are not worn and are accompanied by a tag. Shipping will be the responsibility of the customer. If for some reason we do not have that size in stock, Moomah will notify you upon receiving your return and refund your credit card or issue a store credit if desired.
